A Top 5 UK main contractor is currently seeking a Contracts Manager for the refurbishment division based in Central London.

The refurbishment business operates within the M25 and works within the public sector managing decent homes frameworks.

The role will involve managing around 3 projects of individual values of £5m-£10m.

Candidates should have a proven track record of working within the public refurbishment sector and be competent in programming, developing good client relationships and ensuring that projects complete on time and within budget, to the safety and quality standards required of a large Company.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, hold a valid CSCS card and have undertaken the 5 day SMSTS safety course.

The individual will be based at a designated site office but will be expected to travel within Greater London.
Opportunities exist in North, West and South East London.

The successful candidate is likely to have a construction related qualification and experience in a similar role with a major contractor.
